1 cycle of 80 mcg vs. 2 cycles of 40 mcg

Which IGF cycle do you guys think would give me maximum gains, one 4 week cycle at 80 mcg's a day (5-2) or two 4 week cycles at 40 mcg's a day (5-2)? If I did 80, how should I change my diet from a normal 40 mcg diet (500 g protein, 500 g carbs, give or take)?
 
have you ever run igf before?? if so what was your dose. if you new to igf i would say to start at 40mcg and see how you respond to it. why would you run it 5 on 2 off?? its best run 7 days / week unless you cant afford to run it all week. its really not that much. you have to keep you levels stable if you want to get all the benefits from it. do 20mcg in am and 20 before bed. all week long. if you take the weekends off you will be starting new every monday.
 
dude what do you weigh? 500g of protein a day? that's quite a bit, but if your body responds to it go for it
as for the IGF...from my studies it seems that you need to run ED 3-4 weeks then take off 3 weeks
 
i weigh 210 lb. i've never run igf before. i know everyone says only do 40 mcg the first time around, but i was just wondering if I could get away with taking more. I guess 80 might be a little high, huh? I guess my question is - is 40 the only dose people would recommend for a first timer?
 
Think of it this way--- you have to have room to increase dosages. The more you use this time , the more you will have to use next time. I weight a lot more than you and I did not use 80mcgs the first time around.
 
The general consensus is that 40mcg is the starting point so you can see what your body does or how it reacts to igf. This is strong stuff so 40mcg is actually a lot--don't let the dosage fool you.
