All Natural Forum???

what's natural?

Honestly, isn't food and protien a chemical? so, what's the meaning of natural. No AAS, No HGH, No IGF???

What would qualify as natural?

This is a very good question...
I would like to post the definition under the forum name so people know what we are talking about...

My original thought was that it's a great idea. But I'm all natural, well besides a miserably failed 1st cycle that lasted 3 weeks in which I gained nothing (had a few complications) so I consider myself all natural and plan to stay that way for a while anyways. I guess my point is, all the info I attain is for someone who is all natural such as diets/workouts and I have no problem finding anything as it is right now in the muscle chemistry discussion forum. But if it makes things easier for other natty members, I say go for it.

I don't take any substances that are illegal in the United States. I don't use any substances banned by the bodybuilding organizations I am affiliated with. I don't take steroids or any other prescription drugs. And no, I don't take growth hormone, insulin, prescription diuretics, THG or any other designer drugs either. Those are the guidlines that I follow. I do not follow any laws from other countries that may conflict with United States laws. I don't follow any rules of the International Olympic Commitee that conflict with the bodybuilding organization. I don't follow any rules of other bodybuilding organizations that may conflict with the ones in the organization in which I compete.
Basically, all I do is eat food and take the high quality supplements AST Sports Science offers. Whether that would make me a natural bodybuilder, a drug free bodybuilder, on OTC bodybuilder or anything else is up to others to define"

We would like to get this forum up and running soon. So once it is set up it would be appreciated if Site Reps, and Members alike post any articles, information, and personal experience that you may have in that forum.

Also...

We are in the continous process of making MuscleChemistry the #1 site for Bodybuilding, and Fitness so if any of you have any suggestions, comments, or concerns regarding the site please contact myself or anyone of the other Site Reps, Directors, or Admins. Thanks!

I've competed 6 times Natty, promoted 2 Natty shows, and have judged several as well. I no longer consider myself a Natty after doing a few M1T cycles, etc, but will support this new forum in any way possible.

You guys, the way a person trains, eats, and competes is significantly different for a natural competitor than a person using gear. A world's difference. It is more important for a natural bodybuilder to hit rest, recuperation, and diet on the head as there is less room for error, if one wants to make gains.

Also, supplementation is very different. Most people using gear, will not "RELY" on random supplements like amino acids, creatines, etc...This is what will make the natural forum so interesting for those of you who plan to train all naturally.

Competition and dieting for a competition is extremely different for a natural user. They cannot rely on strong chemicals such as diuretics, which again, take alot of the guessing game out of dieting.

This will be a very good addition for the newbies as well, since we will get the chance to meet new bodybuilders, without intimidating them with most members experienced knowledge of gear and other supplements.

Very good points! I'm looking forward to this forum.

The forum has been created. It is located under the MuscleChemistry Discussion umbrella.
I look forward to a lot of contribution from MC members and staff.

Alot of the same principles apply whether you are natural or not. I do nothing different right now that I am not on a cycle. Maybe it would help for folks who compete naturally, just to know the tricks to use without the extra drugs.

True avon, same with me.

But sometimes even the vets gotta go back and tweak diet, training and supplements to keep gaining and advance.

I know I do.
