Flu Shot

I somehow managed to find a case of flu vaccine behind the local wal-mart. I was practicing my pec shots with it.

On a side note. I'm not feeling too well.

I'm kinda with perseus.

I think just workingout and eating right and vitamins keep ya more immune than that damn shot. I hardly ever get sick since I started working out.

And besides, I don't take needles unless its for anabolic purposes :)

I never get a flu shot. Those things scare the hell out of me. I'd like to see some long term research on the sides of injecting humans with that stuff.

I havnet had a flu shot in about six years, and come to think of it.....I havent had the flu in about six years. I know a few people that catch the flu from the d*** shot every year but they still go get em.

Flu shots are a joke, unless you are an old person or your immune system is shot. Never had had one, never will...I never get sick either. It will only protect you against the strain the so called experts "think" will hit the hardest. Nothing else. Best you just get your immune system in check and leave the flu shots for the elderly..

They were really Redijects werent they? :uhoh:

I haven't gotten the flu since discontinuing the so called flu shot. I have been sick a few times but never the flu. Before I would get it 1-2 times per year.

I've heard from many other people that they, too, also get sick more often when they've had the flu shot. I've never done it and have not had the flu for many years--had food poisoning a couple of times, but not the flu. I prefer not to mess with that shot.

When I began HRT, one thing the doctor told me was that testosterone elevates your immune response. While other people will get sick around you, you may not catch it at all or if you do, you may only become mildly sick compared to the others. I don't know how other AAS affect the immune system, but if you are on any kind of test, more than likely, you won't get sick very much.

I forgot to mention, I never get the flu. Sinus infections yes, but its not the flu and I have never and will never take a flu shot.
