Sex and your workout...

havent noticed anything in the gym may give it a try or key word try lol. but i know when i used to catch in baseball i had a double header and had a marathon even in my room bout 2 hours prior to the games and played the shitiest i ever played lol. so i guess it really does effect it.

My workouts usually affect my sex more than sex affects my workouts.
My prioritys must be all F'd up.lol

Supposed to be doing legs but have spent the past 2 days in bed with my girl so i think I will leave legs until tomorrow, so I suppose sex does affect my workouts

Amen to that. If I know I'll be working out that day, I won't have sex until afterwards. Like stated, I have no aggression or endurance afterwards. It's kinda funny when your girl is all in the mood and you're like "No No Honey, I gotta work chest today". lol

That is an urban legend that sexual activity prior to an athletic avent will negatively alter the outcome. The only thing to sexual activity is that is might tire you for the moment but as far as any potential loss or decrease in testosterone or any other harmone or produced by the body in such an amount to affect the event is simply untrue. This may be physcological in nature if you think to have suffered from this unless you truely have some strange sexual habbits.

If I go too long without dumping my load, I am likely to punch a hole in the wall next time I have sex. Anything over 3 days without dumping and I have violent ejaculations. I'm likely to break a girls hips if I go a week withuot it. Afterward, I am worn the fuck out! I couldn't imagine going that hard on a treadmill. But, I wouldn't think it decreases any hormone levels.

On the lighter side of things I had to meet this woman for a contractors meeting in L.I. She was smoking hot! Nice, tall brunett, long legs, I could not help but notice the fake boobs-they looked like fucking baseballs. I think I hit it off quite well and we exchanged numbers-for uh business purposes. Of course Glenn drove directly home afterwards and rubbed one out to the "fantasy" method! Not to be confused with magazine, memory or internet. I love being a dirt bag sometimes!
