ok, if you get a misdemeanor you can get it exponged. Here in my area i have found an attorney who will do it for $350 most around here want $500 or more. I was told though that if you apply for a job you still have to tell them you were convicted but it was exponges and you tell them what it was. Your employer may also look up what it was if he decides to do a background check on you. What the hell is the point of spending money if they can still know you got busted. About 6 years ago worked for a well know retail store. They owed me several hours of overtime and were bullshiting me around. So i got pissed and started giving shit away to my friends, yeah i over did it but anyways i got busted and since i had just legally turned into an adult i and just bought a new car i had to rely on a dipshit aka public defender. Now i have this charge in my record. the charge was theft and invesselment. i got the invesselment charge dropped.

i dont know...i got an underage consumption at the age of 20....i had to have it expunged because employers were still frowning on a charge like that. I could understand if i was still 20 yrs old but im not....these are the kind of things that i think can be left of the application....i didnt mention it when i got my last job.....and probably wont mention it again.

If you were a minor it will dissapere completely, I dont think you were though. So just answer no you have not been convicted of any crimes(they usually only ask for and check for fellony's). I f they call you on it tell them you thought they meant fellon's and appologize.

Been there. Done that.

LMAO, this whole thing is what made me start my own business. In CA, you can incorporate and become a complete different entity (many other states as well) meaning that you get a new credit record, for you corporation, that is run through Dunst and Bradstreet. Also, no one ever asks about the companies background. I've got 17 charges of assualt, a charge for terroristic threatening, 4 DUI's, and finally assualting an officer with intent to create great bodily harm. I pretty much bought my way out of all these charges, but they still stuck on my record. I just didn't do much jail time. I was the product of wealthy parents and started making money at an early age. However, up until now, all my cash was going to attorneys and fines (and alcohol).

The point of the story is, no matter what you've done, you can still have a clean record by incorporating. No one will ever ask about your past, just the corporations history. HOOOOO RAY FOR THE USA!!!!!

LOL, I used to be a cage-fighter and carried the job into the streets. There is no better way to learn than to do. I'm out of it and haven't been in a street fight in over 2 years. All calmed down now.
