Welcome to the hardest part of it all, Chaser. The eating is what makes or breaks us as bodybuilders (I mean bodybuilders in the most literal sense). Personally speaking from my own experience. There is no amount too great of quality lean foods that you can consume in a day because of our physical limitations. The problem would lay in not converting that energy into a physical work load. ie: CARDIO! do it or get fat.

In order to be big and lean, you must eat insane amounts of clean food and do cardio 6 days a week. There is no side-stepping this. Half effort = half results.

I'll let you all know when I hit 300lbs. I plan on being there at no more than 10% BF within the next few months. I hope somone argues that I "Don't look 300lbs".lol But, hopefully after I achieve a gain in 70lbs of lean body mass in 12 months of lifting, I can finally get people to understand the importance of eating a LOT of food.

Starting point 262lbs @ 22% BF = 200lbs LBM
Present weight 265lbs @ 9% BF = 241lbs LBM
Goal weigt 300lbs @ 10% BF = 270lbs LBM

*Another response I gave***

EAT MORE FOOD!!!!

Also, you where talking about working out five days a week. Stop that! there is absolutely a counter productive measure going on with what you've been doing.

As I explained to Canibal Earlier tonight. There was a study in which 20 people from each of three groups where taken. The first group where Sumo Wrestlers, the second where Powerlifters, and the third where bodybuilders. A study was done to measure the amount of lean body mass divided by thier height in cm. OVERALL, the Sumo Wrestlers had more lean body mass than the powerlifters, who came in second. And the bodybuilders who placed a close third.

The point to this is, FOOD is the most anabolic agent in the world. Sumo Wrestlers who don't even lift weights had more muscle on them then either powerlifters or bodybuilders. Sumo Wrestlers force feed themselves daily to become the biggest pigs they can possibly become and are constantly in an anabolic state. Take from this study bro. EAT!

You are not eating enough. If you think you are, open one of the pictures you've posted.

Finally, start concentrating more on the negative aspect of the rep. Quick example, Gymnists. They are constantly working with negative force and they don't look half bad, do they?
