im trying to enhance my plain diet
what are some things you guys eat besides your meals
jello and cool whip arent cutting it
 
Protein bars and shakes, sandwiches when not dieting, ricecakes when dieting. I try not to snack too much as I am eating every 2 or 3 hours anyway
 
If your not dieting try making protien pancakes, or protien pudding using nonfat milk. Of course almonds or peanut butter, or ocassionally I will eat some type of fast food meal but when I am dieting and really deplete my carbs I love eating whole wheat toast with grape jelly on my high carb days, mmmmmm.....
