rotating sites

hey guys got a question, how often should i rotate sights on igf i would like to do bi but i dont have a long head on my right side i have it but its torn completely. so what would yall do its to much to hit short heads every day right or not? would yall hit the long head on my other arm or just leave it and stick to what i have on both arms. i figured that would be better. or should i just go short bicep one day delts next or any other lacking muscle and rotate like that? thanks

BUMP fellas!

I don't know the correct answer. What I did for mine was hit inner left bi, inner right bi, outer left bi, outer right bi and just rotated those 4 spots. I would move up and down the muscle as I saw fit. Was running 60mcgs 1X's a day, so 1 of those spots a day.
 
My opinion is to apply it too as many different sites as you can before going back to the same muscle. I don't think too many people know about the awesome site specific effects you could get from this. I know one thing for sure, my calves have never looked better.
