alright day one i took 20 mcg's in my right bi shorthead today went smooth except i think a little went too shallow had a small knot massaged it a bit mostly gone. a little bruised as i think i nicked a vein.
only gonna do 20 for a week or so because today i kinda got a little hypo dont know if its just the way my body responds to this or what i weight about 230 bodyfat unknown bout 16 or so prob.
so i guess im a little sensitive bump if you have any suggestions carbs were very high today as with protein gym was good. ill keep it updated for those interested.
 
Check out spotinjections.com to make sure you are going in the right area. Also, make sure you are getting the pin all the way in. Slin pins are typically only 1/2" so if you have a layer of fat you want to make sure you get through it and into the muscle--that is if you are trying to do IM injections.
 
update today 20 mcg's again pinned in the vastus laterallis of my quad outer sweep went perfect smooth as silk no problems what so ever. No hypo today at all gonna prob bump up to 30 mcg's tomorrow fatigue is a problem though i feel tired and lethargic alot of the time is there anything i can do about this or just wait till my body gets used to it. other then that everything is going fine looking forward to seeing results and bumping to 40.
 
Most people experience the lethargy at first. Just give yourself time, you'll get used to it.

One thing to note with IM injections of IGF--IGF is known to cause increases in the muscles you inject it into (the only substance so far that I know that does this). You'll still get a little overall effect, but it will be mostly concentrated in the muscle you inject. That is why most people inject their bi's and tri's. In other words, the vastus lateralis of your quad got most of the effect. When you get to 40 mcg, you may want to split the dose up to inject in mirroring body parts, or if you want an overall body effect, inject the full dose subcutaneously.
 
I'm glad to see you with this journal Gbart.

We're similar BF and my 1st cycle w/ 50~60, I got a nice overall effect, plus major noticible size gains in the arms.

I'm sure you'll like this stuff. You running anything else at all?
 
no im not thought i would just run this for now make sure my body works well with it so i can make sure i dont have any problems next time will definitly be running some gear with.
 
today i hit 40 jay yay lol lethargy is still pretty damn bad hit my delts today gonna start hitting bi's and tri's every day though alternating workout was good hit chest no strength gains or anything can see a little leaner on my arms dont know if this is mental not but seems to be leaning out a little. has anybody noticed any good gains from calf injections on igf.

I would be interested your results on the calf injections.
 
i did 2 kits of IGF in my calfs
it does a little i guess
it fu**ing hurts breaking through the skin back there though
 
how's it going Gbart? the first couple of weeks are great you'll start seeing noticeable results almost every other day. Personally at 35 years old i started feeling like I was in high school football camp and noticing little things almost daily, I bumped up to 60 ed when on IGF alone and fat loss and muscles and vascularity improved greatly.... keep up the journal bro and let us know how it's going.
 
everything is goin great now bros up to 40mcg's everyday and fats comin down nicely bi's and tri's lookin alot fooler and leaner loveing the stuff so far so good. man this is a good price on mc too i saw some same amount yesterday somewhere for almost 300 bucks i bout shit haha ill start posting more been busy. update soon
 
hey boys everythings goin good diets not amazing gettin my kitchen retiled so i havent been able to cook much. but everythings goin good 20 in am, and 20 post workout. strength has even kicked up a bit.
 
almost a month now. Are you going to take a break for a month or just keep going?
 
yeah bro sorry i fucked up my journal lol im all finished up now i appologise for starting and not really keeping up with it everything went pretty good once i got used to it the first few weeks sucked cause i was going hypo every so often. other then that good loss of body fat and bigger arms!!!! gained some lbm very happy with it.
