MY 1st IGF CYCLE, PLZ HELP

im planning to use igf for min. 6months.. 4wk on/off
starting with 40mcg pwo and jump to 50mcg 5/2

should i take some extra sugar pwo to avoid hypoglycemia? how much?

im thinking to add in the 1st and 2nd month some test..
what test do u recommend and how much? (for mass gain)

(i made just 1 cycle with test. sust and anavar 500mg test for 8wks)

and slin is a good idea in off igf months??

should i change my diet and training in the cycle?
im doing each muscle 1x per wk
and my diet is about 4000cal...

im 5'7" and about 180lbs..

final question.. wont igf mess up with my sleep? need i take something to have a better sleep? what do u recommend?

We have an entire forum on IGF that is loaded with the info you are looking for and some you did not know you were looking for.
How long has it been since your test cycle and what are your goals? You mention 4000 cals- can you break that down so we have an idea what your diet looks like?

Most people don't have to worry about hypoglycemia with IGF. If you do experience being hypo (it would be mild), you probably wouldn't be eating quite enough. Slin is completely different, and I would suggest you stay away from that for now. You need to do a lot more homework before using slin. To answer your question about sleep and IGF, it might help you sleep better, but you may not experience anything different at all.

yesir i sleep like a baby as well and am one lethargic motha f***er but the hypo has not happened anymore so all is goin well now for those that were keeping up with my journal sorry i havent been in this forum alot lately so i havent kept it up

I just noticed you said you are in Brasil. Como vai você? Where do you live in Brasil? I have family in Londrina, Parana, and in São Paulo.

You should have received an order confirmation via e-mail, can you pm that to me? I don't show record of your order in the store or your name in the customer registry unless you used a different name to order.

Yes, I received it. I translated and forwarded it to Presser, he is researching it now. The Paypal records are sometimes different from the store's records. The cause of this problem is when a user doesn't click the 'Done' button from Paypal. If one just closes the window from Paypal instead of clicking the Done button, the store doesn't receive the order. It's a known glitch in the way scripting works across two different web sites.
