when i use to bulk i drank a shitload of Caprisun juice(little silver packs) they have a shitload of sugar. But wouldn't it be cool if someone came up with a protein shake Caprisun juice? With no sugar/carbs and still tasted like caprisun. Imagine that, you drink 4-5 or those and you would have met your protein requirement for day. I think isopure makes a protein drink they sell them at my gym. They come in different flavors and colors(like gatorade) but they tasted like Gatorade/medicine. pretty shitty and not cheap.

yeah if someone actually came up with one that tasted just like that i would buy them by the case i still dont really enjoy drinkin shakes i just chug them and think about growing lol.

im sure they would be to dang exspensive anyways. If you want a good tasting protien shake get some muscle milk. Not the cheapest protien, but thats what i drink, i get the choclate, mix it in some water, shake, and drink it, taste just like choclate milk, its awesome.

I know this is a bit off topic but if you guys are interested in protein that doesn't taste like protein try the Detour bars. 30 grams in each bar, I forget the breakdown, but damn did they taste great. By far the best protein product on the market for taste.

i do it for protein
if it taste like shit i would still drink it if the protein was high

Yes, these are by far the best protein bars I've had, but even these wear on you after awhile. lol. They are very good though. If you get a good plain isolate ion-x or cold filtered it has relitively little or no taste and you can get them to be pretty thin. (although the more liquid you use the less protein concentration it will have.)

I've seen these, but they are a little pricey. Something like 12 bottles for $40. Anyone know if they are any good?

Ya, detours are the shit. Ive only seen the 15grm of protein ones.

It all whey protein which is better than 90% of the bars out there that have soy and collagen (puke) protein.

but the eas ones half a protein mix, like an MRP (but still taste like crap compared to the detours).

Actually There were some other bars that I used to eat that were actually a bit better than the detours. They were made with real oats and had about 30g of protein per bar. Those things were damn tasty and they would go down much easier than even the detours. lol. If I could only remember the name.

Jay - Do you remember these bars? I believe you also got a box or two of them.
