Online Physique Challenge

I wanted to invite you all to participate in this year's online Physique Challenge. Last year's competition was a great success and this year should be even better. Here's the details:

This competition will be judged on the basis of the best overall physique improvement over a 20-week period.

The Competition will officially begin on January 1st, 2006. This will give everyone ample time to continue putting on Mass before starting your Dieting Phases. This will also give me time to drum up Prizes from Sponsors.

1) Each Competitor will have his or her own thread in the competition forum where you will be required to post your pictures.

2) You will be required to post your pictures over a 3-day period each month.

3) The posting periods are as follows: January 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. February 3rd, 4th, and 5th. March 3rd, 4th, and 5th. April 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. May 19th, 20th, and 21st. You will have until midnight EST on the 3rd day of the above periods to have your pictures posted.

4) You will be required to post a Front Relaxed, Rear Relaxed, and a Close-up of a newspaper (date must be visible) each month. The same newspaper must be seen in the Front Relaxed & Rear Relaxed pictures. Additional poses may be added, but will not be judged.

5) You do not have to keep a Log of your Training and/or Diet. However, some may find this very helpful with their Prep.

6) The Judges are:
Currently: GerryT, and myself. In-Human trains some of the competitor's and would probably be more critical of them, but will not judge for obvious reasons.

7) I may introduce several categories dependant on the number of Competitors.

8) You may refer to the threads of last year's competition if you have any questions about posting pic's, etc.

* You must have 25 meaningful posts prior to the contest deadline (5-21-06).

**You must PM me of your intent to compete, so I can create your sub forum.

***Mod's may participate.

hey guys this is an awesome thing to do if you need a little motivation. Our winner last year lost over 50 pounds and kept on dieting now he is 16 weeks out from his first show in over 10 years. He and the others really got a lot out of it plus got some good prizes. You should check it out. chuck does a really good job.
 
this would be sooooo easy for me as I'm in such terrible shape that I would hands down win most improved... too much travelling and life changes in my schedule otherwise I'd be in for sure.

I'm with you bro. I wouldn't do well at all seeing as 2 of those 20 weeks I will be on vacation. I'm actually in the best shape I've ever been too, but if you tell me when the next competition will be, I will let myself go until then! :D Good luck to whoever is competing. I like the idea as a motivational factor!
 
damn, did mine over the summer. Well, maybe next time if I ever get that out of shape again.
