How do you assure sterility when working with unsterile vials ?

What do you do before you add the filtered solution to the vial and close it with a crimper ?

well autoclave is the best method but few have that luxoury. I wash all vials euip etc with ba and dry in oven at 250. I leave the vials in until I'm bout done filtering, then I turn them off but leave them in to stay warm. pour in you liud, capping when not using, and one at a tip I cap and crimpSoak your stoppers in ba then plopp them on.
