im using humalog
i have the pen and it says that i dont have to refigerate it
but there is 300 iu's in the pen
im only using 5iu's post work out
so the pen will last like 3 months
will it go bad if i keep it out that long
most diabetics use the pen in 1 month

It's good for 30 days not refrigerated......... why not just put it in the refrigerator after each use?

its just so easy to keep in the gym bag you know
