Albacore chili!
Yes, I just tried it and it's good.
I went with 1 can 99% fat free beef Dennison's brand chili. (40 grams protein, 4 grams fat (1.0 saturated), 60 carbs, 16g fiber)
1 can chicken of the sea brand albacore. (37.5 grams protien, 2.5 fat (0 saturated), 0 carbs, 0 fiber)
Just mix together when the chili is hot.
77.5 grams protein
6.5 grams fat (1.0 saturated)
60 carbohydrates (16g fiber)
Only prob is about 2,600mgs sodium.
Maybe next time I'll throw in a cup brown rice to get in more carbs with no fat. That would be a decent carb lunch with low fat.
I know it's not great, but it's quick and easy if all you had time to do this morning is grab a couple of cans from the cupboard. 3 minutes prep time.
