Lack of Sleep

How do you all find time for everything? Today I missed my run and still haven't found time to lift. I got home from work, ate (not that good by the way), spent time refreshing a resume, writing a cover letter, and trying to apply online for a transfer into a new department at work. Then it was time for church.

At church I got a comment about my blood shot eyes. It's starting to become obvious that I am not sleeping enough, but there is still so much I haven't done today! I get up at 4:00 AM and start all over.

Advice welcomed!!!! ...Single men...very welcomed. ;)

So what are you trying to say? You have trouble sleeping I am guessing. Well, in your situation probobly due to stress, as a student you probobly already do not have a solid sleep regiment. Could be to overtraining, happened to me a while ago. I would try to take some light sleep aids. Make an effort to go to sleep earlier and sleep later than 4:30 if you think your body needs it. Do you find yourself sleeping in excess on weekends, days off, vacation?

I'm sorry, I was very unclear. I find myself with no time for sleep. But I did sleep 10 hours today...shouldn't have and skipped some stuff to do it. However, you are probably not far off from it being do to stress. Because I use to sleep 3 hours a night and be fine, but it was probably good sleep. Now I am getting 5 to 7 hours and it is starting to wear on me.

I try to schedule everything in, but it leaves me with 5 hours of sleep, on some days ,and that's if I come home from class right away and go to bed (without winding down). It's good to have 8, but like I said I use to be fine with 3, but I think I use to take a day and sleep all day too.

prioritze...make a list of things that are needed to be done in order of importance and do the most important..bring some snacks with you in a little lunch box to eat throughout the day and train once or twice a week and hit it on the weekends when you may have more time..
