lol, I always tell my girl the same thing. Shes built alot like angel here and she says she wants my calfs (twigs) and I can trade for her hocks. Too bad we cant pick and choose.

Chuckazulu, I have no time for a competition and I need a lot of work to do before even considering, but I liked the compliment!!
I'm 5'1" weigh 134

Glen, thank you, too!!! ... It's mostly from running. I used to be embarrassed, because the girls would really rag on me, but then I got to the point where I am now...I don't care.

I love the compliments...makes me feel really good!!!

Hey everyone!! I just ran 3.5 miles with no pain!!! I did 3 speed intervals up hills...hey I'm cookin' now...almost back to normal!!! Forgot my stop watch though...still better than yesterday...which was 1.2 miles--had to stop from the burn being so bad by my hamstring. ---well...I'll be back, but gotta take a shower.
