WHEN HOLY F"N SH!T .. I made it back. YO!~ wussup everyone.. been way too long, ... and i mean WAY too long..

I feel like I've left the twighlight zone, and realized that the relaxed fattening life just needs to go the hell back where it came from...

nice to see a good amount of 'old heads' ... aka .. vets... makes me feel comfortable coming back to read... (and yeah i'm sure blab like old days).

So much has changed... like, it's been so long since i've gone to a gym, that the last place i looked at like a gym was called.... bah...

that was stupid... (some things never change)!!!!

Sasha says hello.... (for those who don't know, way back when years ago when I was actually an admin/mod type of fellow... i met my wife Sasha who was also a mod here.... ) ..... we had a kid, and he's a stubborn awerny you know what just like his moth.... dad!

Stickler's fine and Dandy but "Stickler*" I guess has a little more 'experience' ... lol ... glad to hear i've been missed... everyone's a newbie at some point.. and honestly.. it's been so long, that I definitely need to brush up on some old skills, reading, routines, time management, diet / cooking techniques, new age supps, of course... 're-socialiazation' ... just as long as it's nothing like the old drunkin' rants or fights w/ trashcans and busses i'm sure i'll be alright.. LOL...
