how do you mix the powder?

ok i have a cap m quick machine so my qyestion is how do you guys MIX your raw powder with filler to get a good consitency with dosing the caps? i hear a coffe grinder works but id like to hear first hand experience

I have just shaken mine in a bag, or sometimes I get a bowl and mix with a spoon for a while.

lol....are you serious?? i can picture me sitting there mixing some nolvadex with filler in my cereal bowl.

does your method dole out consistent dosed caps?

I think the best possible was to mix accurately is to get a solvent that is partly soluble with both your powder and filler. Otherwise, it would take a really long time to mix by hand. Once you found the solvent you are looking for, mix filler with powder. Mix into solvent. Shake. Then, simply evaporate off the solvent. That should give you a even mix. Especially if you plan on pressing them. You could then split pills and have a completely accurate doses. If this seems incorrect in anyway someone please add or subtract from my opinion.

i'M ABSOLUTELY SERIOUS, AND NO i DON'T BELEIVE IT ITS VERY ACCURATE, THATS WHY i DON'T CAPP ANYTHING BUT DNP. BUT AGIAN WIHT THE MIX, YOU CAN ACHEIVE REAL CLOSE TO THE DOSE DISIRED IF YOU GOT PATIENCE AND TIME , OR A MIXING DEVICE OF SOMETIME....WITH ALL THAT SAID i DEFENELY PEFER USING SOLVENTS OR CAPP.
