10 week cycles

I have done back to back 10 weekers(not recommended for most). Depends on your goals.
 
i have seen people even do a 8 week with prop, and winny, and they liked the results, but the max for a normal cycle should be around 10-12, or bare max 14, anything longer depending on your body language can burn up receptors easily and most likely to loose gains and the fact it will only take you long to regain normal test productions...
 
I trainer suggest me to start the cycling but i am not interested in cycling.
But right now i take the decision to start the cycling to get the good results in respect of the weight loss.
