trueprotein V$ my local store?

So my current shakes are about 22gms of Pro Isolate and 22gms of Micellar Casein plus 5gm of Glutamine. I get a 5lb bag of Isolate for $35(26gms per serving.1/3cup) and a 2lb can of Casein for about $33 about 23gms per serving,small scoop). The glutamine is $22 for 500gram can. So my local supp store sells me 7lbs of protein and 500 grams of Glutamine for like $78. Look at the quote I got from Trueprotein and I think it does not include shipping. Am I just lame or does it seem I am getting a better deal from my local store

I don't know what brands you're buying but i would just caution you that the quality of the protein may not be as good... the Whey Isolate IOn exchange is expensive because it's 99% pure protein verse what a lot of companies come up as, regular Whey Protein only rates between 30% and 80% protein per gram.

yup ive done my research on all their products and they are legit. They have stores all over cali and their stuff good protein not cheap crap. They even have a flyer in their shop showing their percentage vs competitors.

How'd you arrange for that? that's exactly what I'm looking for but i've been ordering seperate mixes and making them myself. Is there a link on the site for that?

go to costumize mixture
then you put what you want in it

yeah I found the link to where you can order pre-made pre and post workout shakes... I love the BSL flavors and it's nice to not get stuck with one flavor of Pro and be able to make a different shake everyday
