IGF injection site

So I just took my first IGF injection today. Right in the biceps. It burns, its been about a half hour and my biceps are starting to have slight muscle spasms. I took about 4 tics of a 1/2cc pin. I estimated that would last a little over 3 weeks so I think that is the right amout. Anyone have any input on the burn or spasms?

did you mix it with BW? I get the burn somteims but I try and shoot as close to working out as I can so it dispereses the IGF and gets the blood flowing to the muscle I injected. It could also be from IGF on the pin getting on your skin because it does burn or from the alcohol if you swabbed the injection site... if it's inside the muscle it will work itself out as soon as you get a good pump going.

I worked my arms today after the injection. My biceps had a nice pump. They still feel pumped now that I have been back for a few hours. Are there any other benefits to IGF such as improved sleep, feeling of well being, increased appitite or anything?

actually everything you mentioned are usually the effects of IGF. I sleep like a baby while on but it can make you tired through out the day and there have been time when I've fallen asleep at 9pm because of it. It definitely also increases your apetite and feeling of well being but I haven't seen either of those benefits as much personally as I've seen an overall change in my body.

as for the muscle spasms in your original question, I haven't shot biceps yet myself but maybe you came close to a nerve? that's the only thing I can think of... how are you feeling today?

First week I used IGF I was really tired but I got used to it after that, gives a good increase in appetite and muscle pumps, if you m ix with 0.4ml of bacteriostic water you shouldn't get a burning sensation it can be very uncomfortable shooting it without the water.

IGF made me really tired
i could only do it after my workouts
i couldnt stay awake during the day

most definitly, When i used IGF last year i always just used it post workout with a protien shake, i was so tired for the first week but it got better as the weeks went along.

Well Mike, my arm is not spasming anymore. I am very tired today. I do feel a tighness feeling in my biceps. Only took my first shot yesterday but it sort of feels like I did a few couple of good warm up sets with some curls.

did you split your shots in both arms? I would recommend shooting one muscle before working out and the other later in the day after you workout. I've had the best results with shooting about 30 minutes before exercising the muscle group

No, I did split it up with 20mgs in each arm. I will do bi's for about a week, then go with delts, then see how things feel and maybe go back to bi's.

that sounds similiar to what I've done in the past by alternating between pecs and delts. I would shoot 3 or 4 days in pecs and then switch it to delts like say on days I was hitting them or arms. My thinking is it's easier for the IGF to get to the muscles being worked if you're shooting it closer to them but I'm no scientist I just know my own body.
