Anyone ever get any type of chest pains from time to time? I get this light sharp pain on the left side of my chest periodically. Sometimes I don't get it for weeks, other times I get it several days in a row. It's never while working out or doing anything strenuous. It always happens either while driving, sitting at work, or lying in bed. I'm not one of those people who freaks out every time something goes wrong, in fact this has been happening for years and I've never really done anything about it, but tonight it kinda freaked me out. Along with the chest pains I got this tingling feeling in my left arm. Not numbness, just a light tingling and every time I would breathe out, I'd get this sharp pain on the left side of my chest. Any thoughts??

I know this is a standard answer, but I would call your doc. I work in health care and I have personally seen that CP is nothing to play around with. Better to be safe than sorry.

get yourself checked out bro, I had a similiar problem and went in for lots and lots of tests, it could be as simple as a muscular strain to your serratus or in your pec or it could be heart related. I ended up being diagnosed with prostatitis as a result and now take saw palmetto to keep it in check. go get a physical bro and let us know what the doc says, good luck

I hate it when people say go to the doctor..... Is it the chest muscle/tendon? or do you think its your heart? Do you feel your heart beat irregular? -does it skip beats, slow down and speed back up??

are you on any "medications" right now?? If so what, how long, how much...

If you do think its your heart, by all means.. You should be in a doctor office right now....

Thats what I'm trying to figure out, but I don't think it's my heart which is good. I still have the pains, but I'm guessing they are muscle related. They only happen now when I lay on my left side and breathe out. It kinda made me wonder that first time though when my left arm started tingling. No, I don't take anything really. No meds, nothing out of the ordinary. I guess if I'm still having them in a few days i'll see the doc.

If you have insurance, I'd def. see a doc. No reason not to, not like you have to tell 'em your juicing for this symptom, like say an infection in the quad. If it's been happening a ahwil, prolly no rush, but see a doc if you have insurance.
