panic anxiety attacks ????

hey guys this all started when i was in cancun week before last i couldnt breath for about 12 hours well i could breath but couldnt get a deep breath. Doc told me when i got home upper resp. put me on some meds. got better then wed. night went to ER couldnt breath again and almost fainted. Was getting plenty of oxygen as my O count was 100% that night and 98 the day after so i know i was getting plenty. Put me on 2 different inhalers other then my old one i used to have asthma hasnt acted up in about 6 years or so and it got all better felt awesome today went did a back workout and shit came home went to a buddies, and hung out then went to see a movie was in the movie for about an hour and 15 or so when i got light headed and i felt my heart it was prob honestly 160 or 170 or so i left the movie and went down stairs trying to calm down and i couldnt get it down i couldnt breath again and started freaking out. Called my parents as i didnt drive to come to get me they did and now after about an hour and a half of calming down and chiling out and drinking some water i feel alright. Anybody have any past with anxiety or panic attacks??? im leaning towards what that was tonight as one of those cause this sort of thing has never happened i had 4 blood tests and a urine test done in the ER that night and nothing showed up. So i should be pretty healthy anybody with any info on what they think this might have been would be appreciated greatly thanks boys peace.

What kind of meds, as, supplements are you on?

Wow, now that doesn't sound healthy at all if your heart race at the pace without activity....powerlifter6920 brings a quesion, What kind of meds or supps if any? some med or suppleement caz have negative effect reaction to each...Don't take my advice as professional, this is definitely a concern for a qualified doctor.

im not on anything at all right now and imean nothing ive been out of the gym till yesterday for 2 weeks and it felt awesome by the way lol. As i said ive been to 3 docs. and all of them said that it was prob allergys and shit but i know that allergys dont cause your heart to go a resting 160+ anything else guys im gonna go to another doc this week this really had me goin last night.

thanks bro i had my mom call my doc today and he said thats exactly what he thinks it was hes getting me some medicine today when i go in he said it should take care of it so hopefully it will be for the best appreciate it mo.
