Reached Plateau! How Do I Break It?

Been training seriously 10 years, during most of that time made progressive gains.

Suddenly last 3 months no gains whatsoever. New cycle kicked in, am certain stuff is good, consisted of test prop/deca/slin. No gains!

Eating 9X daily, including 2 middle of night shakes, calories at record high, doing no cardio, sleeping longer than ever, and surely not overtraining, doing so 3X weekly basic compound movements. As disciplined as anyone can be in this sport, but weight just remains the same!

Those with similar experience doing all I am doing, how do I break this ?

Input appreciated! WORLDSPAN

Wow, that sounds pretty bad with that kind or gear and colorie intake almost impossible. The gear has to be a "fugaze'" or expired or something. Second middle of the night shakes sound good but you should focus on sleep. Just take casin before bed. I would try to change the workout. Give an example of an average workout. That has a lot to do with it. Try looking up Dorain Yates workout principles on the net. That will give you an idea of what to try.

damn a plateua running that kind of cycle never seen this yeah list your average workout. may need to switch it up.

im with them, crazy your not makin gains eatin 9x a day, along with the cycle your on, like they said, may need to switch up your routine and give your muscles something different for a little while..but even doing that, doesnt make much since to me why you not making any gains..

yeah i would think if youd been doing the same routine for a year and you were on that cycle you would still be blowing up im speachless kinda lol.

I dont want to steal your post. But when you get a chance, ready my new post on what happend during my 20 week cycle. - The whole thing was a huge platue, I tried everything to get more from it- sleep/training/more gear... Nothing worked.

maybe we have something in common, I know from talking to "doctor will" that as you get older, gains just are harder and harder to come by.
