Has anyone injected IGF into there forearm? I hurt my forearm awhile back and it still hurts from time to time (like when I bowl or workout forearms) and was hoping the IGF might help.

I wouldn't try it bro, forearms are filled with smaller muscles, ligaments and tendons. I bet you could inject bi's and tri's to try and get some effect in your forearms. I had a problem with my psoas muscle which recovered much faster than expected because I was shooting IGF in my quads which I think helped it heal dramatically faster.

I did it when I had some tendon problems.... It was right by the elbow, side opposite of body. The injection hurt like a bitch (ofcourse I keep my igf in the freezer).

All I know is the tendon problem went away after a month. To tell you the truth, Im not sure if it was the IGF or the gear. I went on my cycle and trained arms with super *********. - the tendon pain is still gone.

Day 3

I haven't shot my bi's or tri's yet only delts, but I've had a decrease in forearm pain. Could be mental, but who cares as long as the pain is getting better!

Yeah, I think it is mental. I thought my pain was going to get better taking deca but it did not. A forearm injury takes a long time to heal. Try to avoid certain exercises that put stress on the area, work out with lighter weights when training the forearms. Soft tissue injuries can take 6 months or longer to heal.
