6500 calories a day!

that's crazy indeed, they need to get him to a nutritionist or specialist and get his metabolism to slow down or something. I bet he's drinking heavy duty weight gainers and they're just referring to them as "protein shakes"
 
anybody can say they eat 6500 cals a day
a couple of guys i work with are toothpick and they claim "i eat all day and i cant gain weight" bullshit
 
or how about "whenever i work out all that happens is i get toned" and then you tell them to eat more and eat right and what do they say??????? Refer to supermannpcs post above. It is BS, do a small amount of research and you can at least gain 5 lbs!!! LOL, Just look around this site!
 
it works both ways bro, I'm sick of hearing about guys at work who can't lose any weight and once a week I see them in the elevator with a McDonald's bag. There's a common area on our floor that I can see from my office and after catered meetings they put the left over food out there and every afternoon the fattie's are all out there picking away at the leftover cookies and crappy food then the next day I hear them around the water cooler complaining about how hard it is to lose weight and how good they've been on their diet.... please!

HAHAAA!!! DIET! Lose weight and eat Mcdonalds? If only that were possible lol :dizzy:
