when is the best time to take IGF??

I just received my IGF in the mail, and was wondering when the best time to use it. I have heard right when you wake up, before bedtime, right before you workout, and right after your workout. Is there an absolute best time?
 
I have always shot AM and then again post workout so I'd listen to DB006 and split your doses up, I don't think it needs to be 12 hours apart exaclty but you should aim to have your shots about 8 hours apart or more
 
I'm always tired when training hard so I didn't notice that but I tried to take it right before heading to the gym so maybe I got my HR up high enough before it could kick in and make me tired

actually it is active for 12 hours
 
Im a first thing in the morning guy, but know a lot of guys use it pre workout for the great pump it gives you.
 
I love preworkout. I just realized I'm out and I could definately tell with the pump I got at the gym
 
Lr3 is not suppose to b taken a day after training bro that's absurd it best utalized post workout for max nutrient uptake however a lot of guys do it preworkout followed by carb/Protien drink for the pump. But a day later is a waste no matter who told u this

I've seen on datbtrue forum, and it's a very "knowleadge" board, if you use lr3 post wo, you will block your mgf production, that was the reason. So you should use mgf after wo and the day after lr3 or again mgf.. I will try this protocol on december..

I'm talking about this when you use mgf post wo, but if you don't use it, so yes lr3 it's a good choice I think..
 
And sorry if I sounded like a dick brutha lol I just re read my post and it sounded funny so I just wanted to toss that out there as I didn't mean to sound like an asshole it just comes natural lol
