enormous, and crazy cuts and definitoin and you still have 8 weeks...id wish you luck but you definitly wont need it.

Look very good. What is your weight in those pics?
You started at 235lbs 10 weeks out so I am hoping your no less then 230lbs.
IF I had to find a area to work on, which I am hard pressed to do, perhaps a little more size and thickness in the hamstrings... Lunges should tie in your quads and hams for this nicely..

Keep up the good work SP.. don't over diet. From what I see you will be ready in closer to 4-5 weeks. That is perfect since you can hold maintain and perhaps even put on 3-5lbs of muscle while you go into your last 2 weeks.. I remember competeing at 176 for 3 weeks in a row, I did 3 shows back to back, and at my last show which was 2 weeks later I gained 22lbs and competed at 198lbs... I placed 4th in the Mr.New States that year..

Hang in there well worth the glory and hard work.

This is you a year ago and the others are you today...you've done a lot of improvement, especially for where you are 8 weeks out. Good job bro.
