Hey Spanishfly,
I am new to the board. I have been looking at several boards through my husband. I have found it hard to find women that "really" workout and want to build muscle in the small town we live in.
I think this board is great for me to find info. and ask questions. Most women I know are to damn scared to build muscle and for some reason think they will look like a hulk if they do.

Welcome to MC!! Glad to see you posted . I'm sure you'll be able to learn alot here. We have a really nice board and the people are great.
I've done anavar before...that is good stuff...I saw great results with it. Anyhow, if you have any questions or comment feel free to post away. Hope to see you around!

hope you like it here.. there is a combination of women with different goals...
and yes it is hard to find other women that are into muscle... you don't have to be huge and popping out of all your skin.. muscle is a beautiful thing on a female shape..giving it extra curves where they should be..
