I just thought about this, I'm new this or forum or any for that matter.Instead of having to wade through all the profiles why don't you guys tell me where ya'll are and something about yourselves.I mean if I'm gonna hang out here I might as well know a little something other than a screen name.If you don't mind.

Well bro, i live in NY thats all im gonna say but its awesome here. Im a student at the moment and eventually am going to open a gym out where i live with a nutrition center and my mother is going to run a massuse business and natural healing clinic outta there too. How bout you bro? i saw youre from the carolina's. Hows it down there?

It's nice here if you can stand the humidity in the summer. The best thing about S.C. has got to be the coast.I live a few hours away from Myrte Beach, during the summer If you can't get laid there than you might as well become a monk.I'm divorced,3kids and an electrician.I've always wanted to start my own gym, maybe someday.I was a personal trainer for about 7 years but gave up on that about 2 years agos.I just want to work out and train my oldest son who turns 13 next month.I can't wait to get him in there in teach him all I know.man if I could have had someone to teach me at that age I could have same myself a lot of needless injuries.

From StL. LOVE the Cardinals! As for what I do, with school done I am at a loss for words. Been so long I don't know what I do except train!!

Vertigo I am gonna take a guess and say you live in um????-Garden City! Me, I used to live in Whitestone. Had a nice view of the bridge too. Now I live in Jersey and thats all I gonna say.

michigan... I was a automotive engineer. But since the big 3- or big 2, are now sinking like the titanic, Im thinking about moving out of this f-ed up state before the realistate goes with them. Looking to get into aerospace. I have a 2.5 yr old daughter.

I live in the Bay Area of California (Northern Cali). I'm an A's, Raiders and Warriors fan. Don't care too much for hockey but follow the Sharks when they do well.

I've been lifting since junior high. I play semi-pro football. I plan to move to linebacker next year, playing D-Line this year. I have a live-in GF that knows about this BB lifestyle, doesn't always approve but loves me anyway.

You've found a good place here man, stick around.

5'9 (23 y/o) and really fluctuating my bodyweight because I'm in midseason right now and training very hard, real hard to keep an weight on. 240lbs is a safe weight to say I am right now but have been as low as 231 a few weeks ago (was getting over the flu). My heaviest weight ever was 282lbs right out of the DC (DoggCrapp) program (I trained under him for a go). Stopped because I got more into football than BBing (for now). I couldn't move on the field in my 260's so I cut way down.

I'm a project manager for a large bank's marketing research program.

from the NYC here but representing New Jersey these days and looking for a house with my new wife. I work in the Advertising Industry and more of an endurance athlete than a bodybuilder these days but still train my whole body. Physically fit in all aspects is what my goal is at the moment.

I with you mike I really prefer just to work out to stay as fit as I can.I started out with it to put on some size.In highschool I weighed about 120 soaking wet.At 6'1" I was skinny. But once I started working out it became more about pushing myself as hard as I could.I like the fact that you get out of it what you out in it.If you go in and give a half-ass effort you'll get half ass results. And I've always been facinated by hormone munipulation. The fact that something as small a tcell can make such a change in a body is cool as hell.So I sought out every bit of info I could find,That's just part of my nature when I like something I want to understand it completely. Now when people I knew see me they cant believe it's me.I now stay between 190 and 200 at an average of 6-8%body fat.I'mglad I asked this question last night ya'll seem like the kinda guys I'd bullshit with at the gym.Even if some of ya'll are from up north!!I won't hold that against you.

Im mid-20's in down south in texas.

My only interests are music and bodybuilding. My goal is to get as massive as possible even though Im an ectomorph and will never have genetics to be pro.

I go to school part-time and i have a go nowhere job but the pay is enough for me to get by. I could actually care less about what I do or how much I make as long as it doesnt negatively affect my bodybuilding lifestyle.
