I'm starting my IGF tomorrow, cant wait! Usually, I am up around 7, then work for 3 hours, then go to the gym around 10/11am (i work freelance). A lot of the IGF info i read here has people injecting first thing in the a.m and then in the evening or before bed, but most of these workouts are also done in the evening. My question is; should i inject my first shot at 10am if im gonna be lifting around 1030/11? Should my second shot be around 8pm or more like right before bed (1030pm)? Do u reccomend the 5 on 2 off with IGF? Thanks in advance bros.

hey bro, I just responded to your PM but I'll answer your other questions here as well...

You could do what you posted or I would take your first shot as soon as you wake up and then your other shot about an hour after you workout... I don't think it will make that much of a difference but you may get tired if you take them too close together. How many mcg a day are you looking to take? The 5 on and 2 off cycle worked OK for me but as I posted I was all over the place with mine. If you don't have to take a break I think it would be better to just shoot everyday. I just had a rough work and personal schedule hit at the same time my cycle started and I had to travel a lot so I ended up changing when I could shoot week to week

actually you should use a 12 hour protocol, i.e. 7am, 7pm. its active for 12 hours.

Thanks, ive been looking for that number! Im most worried about this 'hunger craving', i wanna try to keep my fat loss to a maximum. Any tips for that?

In another thread i was reading, someone stated that you should hit lagging bodyparts/muscles, regardless to which bodypart u are working that day because the IGF will respond there better (i dont think 'better' is the word im looking for there).

Anyone ever hit the abs? How about the vastor medialis (teardrop in the quad)?

I would stear far away from abs bro and I would be really careful regarding your quads... as for the abs you wouldn't want to risk anything else in that area "growing" i.e. your intestines etc. growth guy is an ugly thing... as for quads I stick to the outside but even that makes me nervous now after coming very close to a nerve and after hearing some of the stories of people losing the ability for their outer quad to fire (Presser).

i've only been on a week, but first thing in the am with a large meal is definately the way to go.... I take another shot before lifting later. the nutrients repartitioning effect of igf may be one of its best qualities.

if i sip a carb drink while lifting it does not make me hypo. i don't really see what all the talk of fatigue is about. if i eat enough on it i have more energy.
