IGF location

Want to get started with my IGF tonight. What size pin do you guys use for biceps? 1/2" or 5/8"???? Do you inject directly into the muscle or do I need to split the shot between the two muscles?? I am going to shoot 20IU twice a day. AM left arm PM right arm ~12hr apart....
 
Use a slin pin to do the injections. If this is the long version of IGF then you do know that there will be no sight growth from it.
 
splitting it up is the way to go, 20mcgs in one and 20mcg in the other should do you good. I got good results from shooting the muscle group I was working that day and had great pumps... personally I didn't really start to see very good results until I started using 60mcg a day. I went as high as 100 but didn't notice a significant difference between 60 and 100.
 
Bump I had the same question. I am using the Mc stuff. Just injected to tics into left bicep. Stings, but rubbed it away. Doesn't seem like very much. Will start twice daily injections tomorrow...
 
I have to agree with mike on the 60-100. I've done IGF 3x... all at 40ius per day. I didnt get any pumps or really anything that noticeable.

Depending on your size, say over 200lbs Id bump it up to atleast 60ius.

just to clearify I think you mean mcgs not ius, i actually had a buddy that measured it wrong on the slin pin and used 60ius instead of 60 mcgs on accident. talk about an expensive mistake.
 
Not everyone responds the same to IGF. I've done five cycles of IGF, and gained some size each time in the muscles injected, but the main effect for me was that I became much leaner.
 
I am definately leaning out as well and have been on for ~12 days. Getting ready to take 2 weeks off then go again.
 
me personally I just get more veinary...also find that if I use it PCT that I keep almost all of my gains and actually gain in the strength dept.?
