IGF-only on workout days.

Hey guys,

Im off my latest cycle. Im thinking about taking some more IGF at 60-100 ius. I've been debating using MC's IGF-1 or someone elses IGF-r3.

Since IGF-1 is short acting, it gave me an idea.

Could I just use IGF-1 only on training days? I mean, why waist it on days that im not even walking in the gym??

Im thinking I would only shoot muscles that are lagging, but put a lot in there before workout and again 12 hours later.

my thinking is that your body doesn't only use IGF on training days but also on your recovery days because your body is repairing itself and growing... so i think it would be wise to use it more often, how many days a week do you train?

I get better results when using at least 60mcg a day, I've gone up to 100 a day but didn't notice much of a difference. 60 - 80mcg seems to be just right for me while not on AAS

I have 3 lagging areas. Biceps, shoulders, and calves.

Id think that in 12 hours the muscle is already reparing itself.

right now, I only lift weights 3 days a week. I hit a body part every 5 to 7 days. Ideally I have day off to recoupe, then I go again the next day. This seems to be working well for me.- atleast for strength and size. Im almost off my cycle for 2 months and havent lost much at all.

So instead of injecting say 80 ius every day. Id be injecting 160ius every other day.-

Id shoot 40ius in each shoulder prior to shoulder workout, for instance- then 40ius again in each shoulder 12 hours later.

take the next day off.

then shoot 40ius in each bicept prior to bicept workout. 12 hours later shoot bicept with 40ius again.

take a day off.

then calves...

Or maybe I have this all messed up. Maybe I should just shoot 80ius in my shoulders every day and thats it.

160mcg a day is way too much bro, how many times have you used IGF? I wouldn't go that high. the most I've ever shot in a single day was 120 and that caused a lot of drowsiness and carpal tunnel syndrome like pumps in my forearms as well as some other minor sides like light headed/dizziness... The most I would recommend you shoot is 30 - 50 in each delt. You can go ahead and experiment but your muscles don't repair themselves that quickly and they can only use so much IGF at a time. I've shot 5 days on 2 off for a few weeks and had good results doing that. I've done a lot of experimenting over my past 5 cycles of IGF and nothing worked better than shooting twice a day.

I've done 3 IGF cycles. All at 40ius per day. Didnt get much from it. Thats why I plan on doing a lot more this time. Probley just 80ius per day.
