Thank God I don't live near this place...

Hell yeah bro!when I moved to charslton S.C. I went into a gym that had a sign that read"no grunting"I turned around and got the hell out.My damn heart would explode if I tried to hold it in!!!

I'd grunt and drop the weights constantly on purpose... they can ring that fucking alarm and siren all day and it would just pump me up more!!! LOL.

haha hell yeah man im glad my gym isnt like that i would have already been banned a year ago haha that would seriously suck everyday i would go for one more rep and one more siren lol.

I think if you get caught doing a half assed workout at your regular gym then they should downgrade your membership for a week to Planet Pussbag for a punishment!

ANd you think that would motivate people to lose weight because someone is not droppin the dumbbell...Come on now get real, i workout at a gym where people loose weight caz they have confidence even with grunting and muscle-Heads are droppin 500 pounds of weight on the ground....That's just stupidity at it's best...

Yeah, well, I would never join this gym. But someone actually cashed in on the fact that we all see every day, so many people quit. I respect those people more than I respect the people who get those trailer gyms to come to their homes. God only knows how much that shit runs an hour. Hell, I see and know people who will not workout in the gym without a trainer. They go 4 days a week and workout with a trainer for an hour each visit. You figure that runs $50 an average visit just to pay the trainer and thats on top of your member ship fee. Well look, I am all for it man. It does not hurt anyone. Good that the American way of like makes people fat, then they pay to loose the weight. That accounts for billions in the economy and jobs for people like us who are willing to take a job training people out there. There are some people in this country who look at lack of education the way we look at lack of fitness.

When I was training I made it clear to my clients I was not paid motivation. After I felt they new enough to be on their own I would stop training them.for me it wasn't as much the money as much as giving people a good start on doing for themselves.I enjoyed helping people.

I understand ur point Glen from the capitalistic view, but then maybe they should have some schools in this country that give out A's for people that admittedly dont want to try as hard as others.
