at room temperature, deca and test e with start getting sticky and a little messy to work with... they shouldnt necessarily be liquids though... eq is the only one that will become completely liqufied at room temp. youre best bet if to put them in the freezer for a few hours... you wont have much time to work once you take them out of the freezer before they start to get sticky again, so have all your measuring supplies prepared before hand... then when youre read, take out of the freezer, measure out your powder as quickly as possible, yet pay close attention to your measurements for what volume youre making, once you have the powder measured out, relax, pack up the rest, put that back into the freezer and continue to make your gear.
