has anyone ever tried to actually measure the lengths of their bodyparts and such to see how close you are to da Vinci's painting of symmetry?
the theory is that the perfect body with the arms and legs outstretched should fit in the circle and the square (the 2 perfect geometrical figures)
the length of a man's outspread arms are equal to his height
the width of his shoulder's are 1/4 of a man
elbow to tip of one's finger is 1/5 of a man
elbow to armpit would be 1/8 of a man
with fingers outstretched the knee to the heel should equal the forearm
my damn arms are too long I can't fit in the circle :upset:
