Is Igf-1 dosage related to weight

I was just curious,

A guy at my gym told me yesterday that he had great success using Ifg-1 for 6 weeks. It was his second cycle. I asked how much he used every day and he said 20mcg/day. He only weighs 160, and he insists that when he tried 30-35mcg/day, he did not see any better results. I told him to bump it up to 40 and he will be happy with the results. Can you possibly see results at only 20mcg/day? Does it matter how much you weigh? I always thought that the more cycles you go on the higher the dosage because the receptor cell sites.
 
its a tricky thing (igf) and absolutly weight / size plays a huge role. I know alot of guys who get to a point where more is less or equal to in this case.
 
hell i weigh 230 or so and when i took 40mcg a day it was too much for me started going hypo and lethargic that sort of thing i think its mainly the person im sure weight has some part in it but i think the person is most of the difference.

I started out taking 35mcg for a week, and I feel like crap. Should I maybe decrease to 25 or 30? Thanks.
 
I weigh 240 and have been taking 40mcg ED for the past six days. Definite lethargy, but that just tells me it's working!
 
gonna have to go with the individual to individual basis... I've hit 100mcgs ED everytime I've taken it with no sides at all
 
yeah its all individual for the most part hell ive seen people take 200 mcg's with not too many sides i how bad are you feeling bro is it bad enough you need to lower it. maybe try lowering it and ramping up a little say 25 for 4 days then 30 then back to wehre you were just a thought.

At 35mcg, I am very, very lathargic, and I kind of get dizzy, nausea sets in. My body is freakish in the fact that it is very sensitive to any type of drug I put in it, which means I usually am pretty causious about starting something to high. Gbart, that sounds like a good idea, I am going to decrease to 25mcg and if I dont feel anything go up to 30. Thanks
 
I think it does depend on weight and experience, it also has a direct correlation to what your output is. I think the fact that you go to the gym one day and hit legs heavy and tax your system your body will use more IGF than if you go one day and just do biceps. If your body's not using it I think you'll see more sides. My theory is based on my own personal experience having used IGF in dosages as low as 40mcg a day up to 120mcg a day. I always start out at half my intended cycle dosage to see how I respond and the only side I get is increased strength and leanness to go along with the weight gain! NormalSucks would be a good person to chime in here since he was up to 200mcg a day but he is a big boy and doesn't respond to AAS either unless he's at higher doses
 
I can only use 20mcg per day and even then I have to go 1 week on and then 1 week off because my appetite gets out of control. I say start low and see if you need more.

what kind of results did you see from that? Did you ever increase after a few weeks? How long was your cycle?
 
god I wish I had your problems!!

I dont see any big diffrence unless I use 100+. I've actually gone as high as 200 for about a week. At those levels, I experience extream fatigue, huge hunger, and get moderate pumps everywhere. Running is a diffrent story, its almost impossible cause your legs pump up so bad its like running uphill underwater.

at normal levels of IGF... I get nothing. 40-80ius, and I dont feel a thing
 
I'm sure bodyweight and composition play factors, but genetics will also play a big role in how your body uses IGF. I started out using 40 mcg the first time I used it, but I also found I could increase the dosage with even better results. I've run about 5 cycles, and my last one was with dosages of up to 200 mcg. I can also use IGF for longer than 4 weeks. Two of my cycles were eight weeks long, and I was still getting results which means I could have probably gone even longer. Every time I use IGF I have had excellent results.

Do you know of any pharmacies in No Cal who supply IGF1 with a prescription? I weigh 150 and am 6' Thinking 10mg daily.

No, I think 20mcg is too little. An optimal dose would be around 40-50 mcg. This amount will be high enough to produce hyperplasia and small enough to cause any stomac enlargment.
