used to see a ton of them playing indoor soccer. Since I havent experienced one myself Im not an expert. I can tell you that a 2 good friends of mine tore there acl.

Both had surgery, one was back playing after 6 months, the other was a pussy and took a year.

Lets just pray its not.... cause you wont be doing much leg work anytime soon.

yeah i sure hope its not that bad bro i have some torn articular cartlilage in my left knee which causes alot of clicking and pain but yours sounds quite a bit worse. Let us know when you get the MRI back i would just rest it bro no since in takin any chances and hurting it worse till you know exactly whats wrong with it.

lets hope not...we dont want his legs any smaller than they already are! :satan: burn!

but seriously, hope it turns out alright...but the bruising doesnt sound good.

yeah bruising isnt a good sign sorry it took me so long i just now got my permissions fixed to post. i have torn art. cartilage in my left knee which causes alot of clicking and pain but, yours sounds like it may be acl or mcl def. let us know when you get back from the doc stay off it for a while and take care of it bro.

i had a torn acl during my junior year of high school. If you think you might have a torn ligament my advice to you would be to train you legs as hard as possible if you have to do surgery because the atrophy that you'll experience post operation is rediculous and you will want to cry

i would think that you have a torn tendon.....hopefully a tear and not a total transection....that would result in a shitty overhaul with surgery. If you cant train the muscle you will have to do what you can...but keep all that muscle you got cause its gonna leave you post-operation. I lost probably 60% of the muscle in my quads when i had my acl, mcl, pcl, and medial/lateral meniscus operated on.....it was miserable

keep us posted i am back to full strength and competing collegiately now so dont be discouraged
