Best bodybuilder not to win an olympia title

There were some top-notch guys who never won the Olympia thanks to the runs of Haney, Yates and Coleman. Who do you all think is the best bodybuilder to never win an Olympia title?

I guess one of these 4 would be at the Top of just about everyone's list:


Shawn Ray

Flex Wheeler

Kevin Levrone

Jay Cutler

What ever happened to Frank Sepe. I guess the juice got to him to early in his career.

shawn for real. Just for going what, 13 times to the O.

levrone was great, but never should have actually won considering the competition he always faced. Flex just wasnt ever big enough but maybe back in the day before massmonsters were everything.

cutler ISNT better than coleman on their best days, but many times he has come in better than coleman THAT day. I thought comps were about who was best that day.

Frank Sepe earned his pro card and then started doing all kinds of stuff like modeling,acting, and radio, he also wrote a book
He makes alot more now doing what he does then bodybuilding

If you look closely you can see the evolution of man chart in the line up. Look at dexter then flex then ronnie and it looks like the evolution of man chart when they are standing side ways LOL

Lee Preist. LOL. Well then again if you could compare him proportionally he is huge. I say Flex but Shawn Ray should be in the hall of fame.
