Can you make Winny @ 100mg/ml and TNE @ 100mg/ml

Hi Folks does anyone have recipes for the above? And can these be made in oil as well?

the recipes, do a search of this forum and you'll find some. yeah they can be made in oil, but why would you want to do this, it defeats the purpose of the NE. If you want something oil based, use prop.
