I've been twice. Once the year before Katrina and once afterwards. NO was actually nicer AFTER Katrina. Cleaned out a lot of the people that want to stab you.

I'll prolly go again this year. Never been disappointed.

i would love to go but money is very tight right now beens as 18 hours in school cant hold a really good job right now hopefully next year.

used 2 live there, well outskirts. got family that are actually in it. just booked my plane tickets back home. It rocked last year, ALOT BETTER last year, people said that was the best mardi gras in almost 50yrs..

I live down here in louisiana, if you guys can make it we got parties all the time for the mardi gras season. New orleans kinda sucks though, believe it or not theres a little area in louisiana where mardi gras originated from and they party like hell there. Its safer than new orleans and to most all of us down here its more fun. Have a good one!

I had been several times before the hurricane, but have heard even with less people, there are random shootings, etc. more than ever before.

N.O is a pretty wild place right now guys i wouldnt recommend anyone going at present time.

i be in N.O. in feb. stayin about 5 days. cant wait, last year was great....dont remember much tho.

thats usually a good sign you had a good time, unless you wake up in jail. then thats a sign you had a great time! =)
