I plan on getting some mass put on this year and leaning down to a comfortable middleweight class. I got one PM from a bro so far for prep. I want to be a lean hard 172 next go around if I can afford it and have the right regimen.

I plan on competing again soon. I want to come in a nice 170-173 for middles. I need about 15 mass cut up.
