abs(KEEPING WAISTLINE SMALL)

Whats your style in training abs to keep waistline low.

Currently i train abs 2-3 times a week for 15 mins at a time.

Declince crunches-3 sets
Side leg raises- 3 sets
seated leg tucks-3 sets


Is it best to train abs less frequently or more frequently in the off season when attempting to keep waistline small?
 
i train abs zero times a week. Sometimes I train them when dieting down.

keeping the waistline small is about diet IMHO.
 
yup, your abs should get enough support work during most exercises. I train em once a week if any.
