Ok We Have A Newer Explorer And We Changed Insurance Compnaies Cuase My Wife Is A Teacher So We Get Disounted Teachers Auto Insurance, So We Changed, However Because We Never Got The Truck A Photo Inspection Apperently They Werent Covering Us All Year For Full Coverage, We Didnt Know This, However Our Finance Compnay We Go Through For The Truck Loan Was Notified By My Insurance Compnay That We Were Only Being Given Liability, So Our Truck Financer Went Ahead And Started A Full Coverage Insurance Policy On Us And Now Out Of No Where We Owe Them 751$ Due Immedialty Or They Will Reposess My Truck, Anyone Ever Heard Of Such A Fucking Scam

Thing Is We Were Paying The Teacher Insurance Amount For Full Coverage But Because We Failed To Photo Inspect The Truck A Couple Months Back When We Changed Insurance They Only Gave Us Liabilty But Charged Us For Full Covergae But Never Told Us They Told The Truck Loan Officer Who Then Opened A Full Coverage Policy On Us

Im Fucked And Pissed, I Swear The God The Longer I Live The More And More I Find That This Country Gets Shadyer And Shadyer, So If Any Of My Relatives Are Reading This, Ur Not Getting Shit For Christmas From Us,lol

contact your current insurance company and tell them that if they do not reimburse your loan company you will sue them for charging you for services that weren't rendered. (the comprehensive insurance coverage that you rightfully paid.) There also must be some sort of law regarding proper notifications of these types of things. Maybe look on the internet for a legal forum to get some advice on the situation. They should be able to help you out and let you know what to say to them. Also make sure you tell them every detail like any notices that were sent, payments that you made, insurance policy statements, etc...

I didnt even have insurance on my car for like 2 years while I was still paying on it. The bank never even checked. Funny, AFTER I pay it off, I had money for insurance. LOL.

that is total BS. Since you have proof they charged for full coverage, tell them they need to send that to the financer, or they can have it throw in their face in court. Alot of hassle for them not to cough up the money.
 
I would find a friend in the gym or someone you know that is a lawyer and talk 2 them about it. Thats messed up. I dont see how you can open up an insurance policy without someone's consent!
 
That happened to me Presser. I switched insurance companies, they never notified Toyota Finince, and they sent me a bill. First, I held my insurance agent accountable for not notifying the finance company, then I held Toyota accountable to fix this.

The insurance company is responsible for sending the change to your finance company, and second, the finance company is responsible for not sending out a letter as required by law. The finance company says, " This happens all the time". I told the lady to fix it and send me confirmation ASAP, then I bit my insurance agents head off.

Insurance agents are just collecting the dough and have no customer service. If any of you are agents, I apologize, but this has been my experience, as well my good friend owns 5 agencies.
 
Walk into your insurance office with a shotgun and demand your situation be straightened out. I learned that in the south. Everyone understands the language of getting shot.

Honestly, that's close. Walk him around back and kick him in the balls, or shake his hand with a VERY firm grip and dont let go until he gets the point.
 
just call the insurance company and threaten to take them to court-just by threatening someone with court you will be surprised as to how quick they will get their ass in gear
their fuck up, not yours and they will be more than happy to let you pay for it
also threaten to contact the better business bureau on the matter
 
A call to the state insurance commisioner works wonders. I hate being an asshole, but most of us pay way too much for insurance.
