true spanishfly.. even if you look at other female boards.. even 100% female boards.. there is not a high posting rate or member rate..unless it is purely dieting ...
there is not too much information out there like there is for men.. we are a big group of ginnie pigs.. in a way... we have a basic of what we can and cannot do .. but there is in no way as much information as there is for men... and less women that are into it... unfortunatly.... they don't know what they are missing...
