When I was asked to join the staff of muscle chemistry, I was pleased and honored to be able to assist the staff and the members of this board. I am here to contribute in every way possible, to share my knowledge and assist the members to the best of my capabilities in achieving their fitness goals. My primary concern and main focus will be the female forum, where I am trying to revive activity by creating a rather comfortable atmosphere for the many women who are too embarrassed to ask important questions or pose the concerns they may have regarding diet and training and safe usage of anabolics.

It is not an easy task at all to maintain the peace and integrity of a board with so many members and so many varying opinions…HOWERVER this is a bodybuilding forum, so at least we can narrow the subject down and take it from there. True, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but if you have an opinion that will in any way shape or form oppose what I am trying to achieve, then keep it to yourself. We are all here to learn and there is no shame in broadening ones horizons and actually maybe discovering the world of a female bodybuilder without the labeling. I dont need to write up a list of dos and don'ts. We are all adults and you should know better than to insult the women on this forum, regardless of whether or not you approve of their training methods, regardless of whether or not you like women with muscle, regardless of whether or not you think women should run gear at all. We are people who want to express our individuality and share our experiences so you will back off if you have nothing to contribute or nothing useful to add. I have too little time and too little patience to waste my energy on asking members to be cordial in their approaches. Not only do you offend the athletes of this board, but you offend ME and that behavior is unacceptable.


No bashing, no name calling, no labeling, no stereotyping, and no pissing matches on my watch.


In exchange for your cordial behavior, I will go out of my way to help everyone to the best of my capabilities and will answer all questions and address all concerns. I am very confident in what I preach and have had first hand experience with all aspects of Bodybuilding including the dark side of the sport that no one dares talk about. All addicted athletes and abusers, either recovering or struggling, there is a place for you on this forum so do not be ashamed to openly voice your concerns and you shall be counseled. What good am i if i can't be of service to you.


In brief, enhanced female athletes need a place to discuss their shit on how to run shit so no bullshit will be tolerated. Period.
