An acceptable dose for a women would be around 50 mg/week which is very efffective & up to as much as 100 mg/week. I would not reccomend that a woman starts at 100mg per/wk though always start low & work your way up. See how your body reacts to the drug first. [/font][font=&quot][/font]

One of the biggest problem with woman is they do not eat enough. Women do not take in enough calories to be making any muscle gains. For example a woman on a 1500 calorie diet will not grow. Now a woman who is taking in 3000-4000 calories will have a significant amount of new muscle growth. I am speaking of say a 130lbs woman for example. Especially when on gear for your body will burn more calories at a more rapid rate.

A woman who eats right, eats enough, & eats frequent healthy high protein meals, and combines that with intense weight training properly and gets enough rest can do wonders to her physique. *You can be afraid to gain some fat if your goal is to pack on some mass. You can always redefine your body after you bulk up.

Dont forget proper diet and nutrition and rest is the key to your success. If you want to succeed you need to eat smart and train right and get proper amounts of rest. AAS account for only a small portion of what your end results will be. And living a healthy lifestyle will do wonders for you as well.[/font]

Bravo!! AWESOME ass post!! :thumbsup: I don't know how many times I have to tell women to EAT! Damn! It's crazy... they want more muscle but are afraid to add a little fat. Hell, I diet on 2000-2500 calories.
