yeah you have but like I said, aside from the actual posts about BB everything is bullshit, so say whatever you want WHO CARES? everything is BS and a joke, you think I give a shit about anything anyones on this board or in real life has to say that doesn't pertain to my job, BB, or martial arts?

damn good point never really thought of that, but in the same breath they need to find fulfillment in something other than a BB board...
I really don't find a whole lot of inspiration in the gym, but when I see someone who is "handicapped" and stuggles just to get in the seat of a machine that is more inspiration to me than someone who benches 600lbs...
I don't know if I want to push the weight even harder and take advantage of the gifts that God gave me or just leave so I can break down and cry...
