anyone catch the ufc fights last night, i am more of a pride fan but last nights card was pretty damn good...i am happy to see randy back but am slightly depressed now he has to fight crocop and cro cop is pretty damn unstoppable..
 
CROCOP??? what do you mean he has to fight CROCOP? what in the next UFC? that will be a hell of a fight...I don't think Randy will stand with CC
he has the nastiest liver kick since Bas Rutten
 
yeah crocop and rampage jackson are new additions to the ufc and crocop is going to be given a shot at the title and now that randy holds it that may be the next fight...cro cops kicks are just plain nasty..i am afraid he will kick randys head into the crowd...although randy is always improving but so was mark coleman and crocop pretty much dismantled him
 
yeah I was going to say that Coleman didn't have much against CC but there is no telling what will happen if Coutore fights him...guess Randy would have to close the distance take him down and look for GNP
 
last night was hands down the best fight card ive watched in a while on ufc. Im a big pride fan too. Im so happy coutour won he deserves it and dominated silvia. He wont have to fight cro cop for a few more months ufc 69 is gonna be serra vs. st. pierre. 70 will be cro cop versus i cane member who wont be much of a fight though. Then prob one more then prob a title fight. I know dana wont just let him come in the ufc and go straight to a title opp. without earning it. Im so glad randy one hes one of my all time favs. but i also hate it cause he has to get beat lol and cro cop will be the one to do it. Nobody in ufc can stop him. Lets just hope fedor doesnt come over anytime soon bwahahaha.
 
i don't think that Pride will let Fedor go, kinda like Vanderlia

my guess would be that Randy will have to go against Andrea A. and then after CroCop kicks the shit out of whoever, they will give him a shot at the title-hell let him kick the shit out of Silvia, you know that Silvia is going for the title again-let him have to reprove himself instead of just giving him a rematch off the bat
 
i hear ya i was glad to see him beat i dont care for him. He has done a good job defending the title but i still dont like him. yeah im with ya i dont think fedor will come over im kinda glad your right they make pride what it is.
 
Silvia was the champ and I don't mean to take anything away from him, but the last 3 or 4 fights that he had, he was fighting "not to loose" he wasn't fighting to win...you take a guy like Cotour or Bas Rutten, they go out there to fight not ride the clock out
pretty much when Randy landed that punch in the first 15 sec of round 1, Silvia lost his balls and it was all over
 
yes sir i think when silvia and arlovski fought the last time it was the worst fight id ever seen. 5 full round and i think i ended up getting hammered druing that one fight i got so bored haha. i know exactly what you mean by fighting not to lose i wish monson would have beatin him guy is fuckin huge 240 at 5'8 he should be a body builder lol.
 
that was a boring fight too, I think they both fought not to loose and personally I thought once it hit the ground Monson would destroy Silvia, I was wrong...Silvia used that enormous reach to his advantage-good strategy on his part but he was still fighting not too loose
 
yep i totally agree i was so nervous last night with coutour going into it but man he def. showed why hes in the hall of fame. had like an 11inch reach on him that is insane. Oh yeah not to mention 45 pounds haha.
 
the thing with randy is he is always looking to improve,..it was obvious how well its working for him, i mean at 43 and was bobbin and weaving throwing sylvias jabbing and rights off totally and with randys excellent wrestling you always have to think he is going to shoot..he is a real gifted athelete...i wish him tons of luck against crocop but crocop is always improving too
 
I agree, randy is my favorite fighter, but I don't give him much of a chance against crocop...he's just too much. But he could surprise me and that would be great if he did. Either way it'll be a fight I'm definitely going to watch.
 
I missed last night :( but I'm very glad that Randy came out on top. He's a top notch athlete. Did you guys see him on "Pros VS Bros?"
